For Consignors:

Q: There are other resale platforms, so why us?

A: We are your marketplace dedicated to celebrity resale. At Selleb, instead of cloaking your items in anonymity, we celebrate your stardust. We leverage your sphere of social influence to maximize the return on your belongings through drops in an auction format.

A key feature of Selleb is the storytelling. We believe that every piece of clothing in our closet has a story to tell. It is imbued with rich cultural memories. Let's celebrate YOU through these items.

Finally, you have the option to donate proceeds directly to your favorite charity. We make it easy for you.

Q: How do we choose the public figures?

A: We will invite you to consign with us. We are looking for public figures of all stripes: fashion models, social justice activists, Netflix break-out stars, Instagrammers with sizable followings, TikTokkers, influencers, singers, actors, athletes, writers -- you name it!

Q: How will the items be sold?

A: Every item will be sent to a 2-day auction/bidding war. Whatever doesn’t sell will be sent to the buy-it-now section.

Q: What happens to clothes that don't sell?

A: If your items don't sell after being featured in the buy now section, we can either donate or return them to you after a 90-day marketing period.

 

 

For Customers:

Q: How will I know when a drop happens?

A: We will announce drops on our newsletter (sign up on the home page!) and social media accounts (IG & TikTok).

Q: How does your auction work?

A: Auctions will go on for a 2-day period. Place your highest bid (you can bid as many times as you want) and whoever is the highest bidder after the 2-day period will win the item and proceed to checkout. You will get an email every time you are outbid, so check your junk folder in case it goes there.

Q: What happens if no one bids on an item?

A: After the 2-day auction/bidding war, the item will be sent to a buy-it-now section where the item will be sold at the original reserve price.

Q: Do you currently ship internationally?

A: As of right now, we are only shipping within the US. As we expand, that will change. We will keep the Selleb fam abreast of all updates via social media.

Q: I changed my mind and no longer want my item. What is your return policy?

A: Currently, we don't accept returns unless the item is not as described on our website. You can email us at info@selleb.shop to submit your inquiry.
